We accept all orders on the basis that these terms and conditions are understood and agreed to. All goods remain the property of Kreate 2000 until payment has been made.
1. A NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 20% of your order is required at the time of booking.
2. Payment in full is required at least 2 working days before your event.
3. In the event of yourselves cancelling within one month of your event, half of your final payment will be required.
4. In the event of cancellation by the balloon artist due to unforeseen circumstances, another artist will be appointed to take his / her place.
5. The client is responsible for ensuring Kreate 2000 have access to the venue with sufficient time to carry out necessary work.
6. Unless specifically agreed in writing beforehand, the client is responsible for arranging removal of decor after the event.
7. In the case of outdoor events, Kreate 2000 shall not be held responsible should weather conditions make it impossible to carry out work, or subsequently damage completed work. In particular this would include strong winds or rain. Should bad weather prevent installation of agreed decor, 25% may be deducted from the total job cost.
8. Changes to previously agreed designs may incur additional fees.

By submitting an order the customer accepts the terms and conditions of Kreate 2000 and authorises us to take payment for the product(s) selected.

We accept payment by card via PayPal UK accounts only, personal cheque or Postal Order. Payment should be made once we confirm availability and full price.

Our aim is to provide the best possible service and to keep customers informed at all times. Goods will only be dispatched upon payment of cleared funds. Our end user sales are offered to UK Mainland Only. We are unable to ship to the Scottish Islands / N. Ireland and the Isle of Man. All timescale's for each product can be seen in the main product or category screens.
Balloon in a Box
Send a Helium Balloon in a Box as a unique present, beautifully packaged in a striped box and delivered throughout mainland UK. If your balloon is to be delivered in the imediate Ipswich area and the order is placed before midday then next day delivery can be garenteed, if your order is placed after midday then delivery will be within 48 hours.
We can also offer next day Special delivery by Royal mail, therefore your balloon would arrive within 48 hours of placing the order if the delivery address is outside the imediate Ipswich area. As we rely on Royal mail for this service any delay with your balloon is not the responsiblity of Kreate 2000.
Favours
Our general timescale for personalised favours is delivery within 10 working days, any orders of 250 favours or more will be within 15 working days.
Personalised Wedding Stationery
Our general timescale for personalised products is 28 working days.

All Personalised wedding stationary purchases will be shipped with a postage and packing charge of £4.99 per order unless stated otherwise within the mainland United Kingdom.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All goods are offered subject to availability and Kreate 2000 cannot be held responsible for items that become discontinued. When an item is unavailable, an alternative will be offered and we will endeavour to deliver the goods by the stated delivery date. Should the delivery day be breached the buyer shall not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivered as a breach of contract.

Undamaged goods returned due to customer error will result in the issue of a credit note following the deduction of a 20% restocking charge. We cannot accept any items showing signs of being used, displayed or in such a condition as to render them not re-sellable.

We only refund monies paid arising from our error. Any items returned must be in a dispatched condition with no interference of any kind to contents of packaged or goods.

Prices are those ruling at the time of despatch. We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification should an adverse exchange rate deem it necessary.
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Kreate 2000 cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations, which may occur occasionally.
